Se rechazó el recurso de súplica contra el Auto del 24 de marzo de 2000 elevada por el ciudadano en el proceso de la referencia, toda vez que el Art. 6 del Decreto 2067 de 1991 dispone que el recurso de súplica ante la Sala Plena únicamente procede respecto del auto mediante el cual se rechaza la admisión de una demanda de inconstitucionalidad.
Contra el presente auto no procede recurso alguno.
